COULD MY EATING HABITS AFFECT MY QUALITY OF LIFE?



Consider your body to be a high-end vehicle. Low-quality gas will cause it to run less smoothly and effectively. In a similar vein, the foods you eat have an impact on the daily functioning of your body and mind.

Let’s start by discussing energy levels. To function effectively, your body needs a constant flow of nutrients. Your body gets the vital vitamins and minerals it needs when you eat a balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
